How the New Tax Bill Affects Nebraskans

In 2017, Congress enacted the largest overhaul to the U.S. Tax Code since 1986. After sifting through hundreds of pages of legislation and congressional reports, one thing is clear: the tax bill is complicated and confusing. In this presentation, Justin Knight from the Perry Law Firm will walk through and analyze various provisions of the new tax law and discuss what Nebraska financial planners "need to know."

Justin Knight is a partner at the law firm of Perry, Guthery, Haase & Gessford, P.C., L.L.O. His practice focuses mainly on school law and estate planning.  His estate planning practice includes wills, trusts, business succession planning, asset protection and tax planning, probate and non-probate estate administration, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, and living wills.
